Seize the Birthday # 280 - Spring Floral

Linda has chosen the theme of Spring Florals
More chance to do fun flower cards. 

If you are not a toppings kind of person just make sure it is a birthday theme. 

If you use our topping, you have a chance to be a guest designer.
 I love to see what you can do with this topping. 
Of course, you can just make a birthday card too.

Supplies are : 
Paper Trey Ink Ornate Die, Honey Bee Spring Joy, stamp and die, 
Gina K Master Layouts 2 dies, banner, and fancy phrases sentiment. 
A bit of twine and a few crystals.

I used colored card stock and colored up some of the layers.

My card


Supplies for this card:
I printed out this digital image form Power Poppy called Wish You Luck. I have used it many times and I am never disappointed. After coloring with my Copic markers and Colored Pencils
The sentiment is also from this stamp. 
Pink Fresh Rounded Braded Rectangle die is used over the base card. 
On the Die, I used a stencil from The Greetery called Tartan Builder and Gina K ink Grass Green and lemon yellow from Stampin Up. 
Gold thread and sequins from my stash.

Seize the Birthday Challenge - #279 Coordinating Tag and Card Combo

My Card




This card happened to be a happy surprise! I had some previous fun images that I was trying out new techniques. There they were on laying on my desk and that is how card and tag started.

Using a reverse embossing technique on this Altenew Zero Waste Flowery Pattern embossing folder. I then die cut oval. I tossed it and it landed on this negative foiled piece from Gina K Thick Brish stencil.  It is adhered to a black card base. 
The tag is also using the reverse stencil technique. 

Here is the technique that I was trying. 
You never know here the inspiration will come from.
